This will introduce them to you. Shirlene R. Capuchino – Office and Accounts Manager Shirlene has worked for the firm for over thirteen years. She will probably be the first person who will discuss your case with you. Once she has the basic information, she will set up your first appointment with one of our attorneys. Shirlene is the person who can help with any billing problems. She also frequently schedules hearings and works with clients on the available times and dates. Shirlene is a volunteer for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Fresno County helping abused and neglected children though the Dependency Court system. Her interests include her family, gardening and music. Mary Cain –Paralegal Mary has been a paralegal with this firm for over thirteen years. She is very efficient and organized which our clients and attorneys really appreciate. Mary assists clients with providing discovery documents and answering the questions requested by the opposing attorneys. If your attorney is not available when you call, chances are very good that Mary will be able to answer your questions or get an answer from your attorney and get back to you shortly. Mary is a member of the San Joaquin Association of Legal Assistants, a professional organization focused on sharing productive ideas and enhancing the skills of Legal Assistants. Her interests include reading, gardening and decorating. Alexis K. Rogers - Paralegal Alexis began as Receptionist/Secretary with our firm. She obtained her paralegal certification from Fresno City College and has served our attorneys and clients in this position for several years. Her ability to work on several projects effectively and simultaneously has been a huge asset to our office. Clients who work with Alexis are often pleasantly surprised that, although she is relatively young, her efficiency and knowledge are notable. They frequently tell us what a pleasure it is to work with her. We agree. Alexis assists clients with providing discovery documents and answering the questions requested by the opposing attorneys.
